Exposure to JBoss and Netbeans IDE Advanced Java (EJBs and XML) RDBMS Expertise (Prefered Oracle) UML Design Patterns preferred Good Communications Skills Able to handle more than two projects parallely Hibernate, JSF, Web services knowledge essential

  Designing core functionalities Draw Software architecture Review of code after development/ maintenance Documentation Impact Analysis and Scheduling Track/Complete projects within deadlines Effective Communication on Technical perspective with Product team Manage and guide development team

  Skill Set Requirement (competency)

  Ability to review code and have a good problem solving capability. Good interpersonal skills Network knowledge preferred Financial Domain Knowledge Preferred Knowledge of BS 7799 standards Experience with rich client tools such as Eclipse, Swing, Flex or GWT Google web toolkit
