Fill in the Online Merchant Information Form (MIF)

  • An acknowledgment email with your MIF will be sent
  • A relationship manager will get in touch with you
  • Your documents and website will be checked by our compliance team within 48 hours

Post-Approval Documentation:

  • These documents adhere to RBI's KYC norms
  • These are mainly address & communication proof, varying as per business entity
Please arrange for the entire set of documents and send them at the earliest. Once received, approval and activation of your DirecPay account will be completed within 4 working days

Prerequisites To Be A Direcpay Merchant
A merchant must take some essential steps before using a payment gateway like DirecPay.
Mandatory Information to be mentioned on the Merchant's website
  1. Contact Us Details:
    • Company Name
    • Complete Company Address
    • Contact E-mail Address
    • Contact Number for Customers/Clients

  2. About Us Details:
    1. The complete details of company background must be included in this section.

  3. Refund Policy for Customers:
    1. This must address whether a customer can apply for a refund after purchase and in what circumstances. Also, the procedure and terms and conditions must be included.

  4. Terms & Conditions:
    1. All terms & conditions related to merchant website and their products and services must be mentioned.

  5. Online Shopping/Payment Process Flow:
    1. Shopping cart needs to be integrated with the website to facilitate online shopping.
Domain Registration Details
Domain has to be registered under the company name along with the complete company address.
Savings Bank Account Details
A current account under the company name is mandatory for all business entities. Only if the merchant registers as an Individual, Savings Bank account details will be considered.
Company Stamp
Company rubber stamp is mandatory for all business entities including Sole Proprietorship. Only if the merchant registers as an Individual, company rubber stamp is not mandatory.
