The Indi Rewards program is valid from 15th March 2007 to 31st December 2009. |

The Indi Rewards points are valid for 1 year from the date of accrual.
The same will lapse if not redeemed within the year. |

All remittance transactions are eligible for points. |

The remittance value is exclusive of service, transaction
or other charges. |

The remittance value also excludes cancelled transactions and additional amounts earned through special promotions involving extra rupee/ extra paisa and any other promotional offers. |

TimesofMoney Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw the Indi
Rewards program without any prior notice. |

TimesofMoney Ltd. reserves the right to allow/disallow participation
and/or continuation of membership in the Indi Rewards program.

The Indi Rewards program is subject to laws and regulations prevailing in India at any given point in time. |
|
The decision of TimesofMoney Ltd. in all matters pertaining
to the indi rewards program is full and final. Legal disputes
are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai-India. |

Rewards can only be claimed for the value of points earned. |
|
Once redeemed, the rewards cannot be cancelled or changed.

A minimum of 150 Reward Points have to be earned before being eligible for redemption. |
|
All rewards mentioned in the Rewards List are subject to change,
depending upon availability. |

The rewards mentioned cannot be exchanged for monetary value.

TimesofMoney Ltd. will not be held liable or responsible for deficiencies or material defects in products exchanged for reward points.
The products may or may not carry a warranty claim offered by the vendor, which can be directly forwarded to the respective vendor. |

Gifts delivered may differ from the image displayed. |

TimesofMoney Ltd. is not liable for delays, pilferage, breakage or non-delivery of products selected by the user in exchange for reward points. |

Products selected will be delivered to the address mentioned within a period of 30 business days. |

Gifts will be delivered to courier serviceable locations only |
