Troubleshooting

Your bank account has been posted with the Account Validation entries. However, you cannot enter the same on the website. What should you do?
Account Validation entries are posted to your bank account on the 2nd or 3rd working day after you complete the one-time registration for Online Transfers. We send you an e-mail on the 3rd working day informing you about the details of the Account Validation process, subsequent to which you can enter the amount on the website. We request you to please wait for the e-mail and carefully go through it and only then make the entries on the website.

Why do you see 'Money in Clearing' in your Online Tracker when your account has already been debited?
Though it is an Online money transfer transaction, we do not receive the credit immediately and hence the status may read 'Funds in Clearing'. This status changes as soon as we receive the money. However, you need not worry, as there would be no delay in sending your remittance to the recipient in Srilanka.
