Terms and Conditions for Diwali Offer ("The Offer")

In these Terms and Conditions, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, the following words shall have the following meanings:

• "Customer" means an individual, who uses the money remittance service of TOM (provided through Remit2India.com) and remits money to India by using the link sent to such Customer by TOM on his e-mail ID.
  
  
• "TOM's Website" means "www.remit2india.com" or other uniform resource locator / website being a comprehensive financial web portal, which may be substituted in place thereof by TOM.

1. By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these rules (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) and by our decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the Offer. All rule changes will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the Website.
   
   
2. To participate in the Offer you will need to transact using www.remit2india.com during the Offer Period and transfer above 3000 in any currency and a successful disbursal is completed to the Beneficiary in his account in India, through DD or through the remittance card, complying with Terms and conditions of Remit2india (R2I) which can be found at - "http://www.timesofmoney.com/remittance/jsp/r2i_termsAndCondition.jsp."

ELIGIBILITY AND BENEFITS

1. The Participants will be eligible for the Offer if the remittance instruction is in accordance with the Terms and Conditions governing the usage of services offered by Remit2India as set out in its Website. This offer is available only to the residents of USA, UK, Australia, Germany, Europe & others.
   
   
2. Under this Offer, if the conditions above mentioned are fulfilled then the customer will be eligible for a "Benefits" as under -
   
   The participant will have to play a game after the successful disbursal of money remitted wherein the game will open along with the instructions & contest TNC as per the transaction amount provided in the slabs therein. But the participant has to spot the gifts as per the queues for which the participant will be given three chances. However, if the participant spots the gifts as per the queue then he/she will become eligible for the sweepstake (as per the slab) + assured Gift Voucher of Rs. 250/- or otherwise the participant will atleast be eligible to get a Rs. 100/- Gift Voucher. For each transaction done belonging to various slabs, the participant will be able to play and win the gifts each time as per the slab provided.
   
   
3. The Gift Voucher will be dispatched along with a unique identification code to his/her address of correspondence provided by such Customer while registering on TOM's Website during the defined offer period and all the winners will be announced on the website and communicated via email
   
   
4. The Customer should not have criminal conviction, at any time.
   
   
5. There may be other offers running simultaneously, no two offers can be combined.

1. The Participants will be rewarded with the Benefits only after there is a successful disbursal of the remitted amount is done to the Beneficiary in India.

2. Remit2India shall not be responsible for any delay and/or discrepancy in providing the Benefits or the quality and use of the Benefits or on account of any other reasons whatsoever including, without limitation on account of delays or failures by/ attributable to reasons beyond the control of . Remit2India shall also not be liable for canceling and abandoning of the Benefits, for any reason whatsoever.

3. Remit2India reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer. Remit2India also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

4. The Gift Voucher is not a product of Remit2India and therefore, Remit2India shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation or warranty whatsoever in connection with any the Gift Voucher (including the quality thereof) or in connection with the timelines of their delivery/ conduct by the Vendor and shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever, for the same.

5. The Offer and the opportunity to participate therein is entirely voluntary. Participation in this offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer.

6. The Benefits enumerated herein shall be non-transferable and / or non-negotiable. No cash or any other substitute shall be offered for the Benefits. Remit2India reserves the right to change the Benefits offered under this Offer at any point of time without informing the customers.

7. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever. Remit2India shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to cancel the Benefits to any customer where such prohibition is applicable and / or cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.

8. In all matters relating to the Offer outlined hereunder, the decision of Remit2India shall be final and binding in all respects.

9. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer to check on TOM's Website for updates on the promotional offer and for updated term and conditions.

10. The Offer shall be governed by Indian laws. All disputes arising under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai.

12. The terms and conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/ derogation to the Terms and Conditions governing the usage of the services offered by Remit2India as set out on TOM's Website.

13. All eligible customers availing the Offer shall be deemed to have accepted the above Terms and Conditions.
